1 big cucumber
4 red radish
2 small shallots
splash olive oil (3 tbsp.)
splash vinegar (2 -3 tbsp.)
black pepper (1 tsp. freshly grated)
Slice the cucumber, red radish and shallots into very thin slices. In a separate bowl mix well vinegar, oil, salt and paper. Toss everything together, put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Ginger, garlic, shallots (chopped)
Pine nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds (toasted)
1/3 maple sirup
1/3 olive oil
1/3 Cava vinegar
Combine ingredients in a salad bowl and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
