1 very ripe Philippine mango (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
splash (1 tbsp.) pure maple syrup
splash of vanilla extract (1/2 tsp.)
Mix all the ingredients. Addictive treat. Same recipe goes great with blueberries.

Ginger, garlic, shallots (chopped)
Pine nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds (toasted)
1/3 maple sirup
1/3 olive oil
1/3 Cava vinegar
Combine ingredients in a salad bowl and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
