Strained ligaments

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
1 tbsp. finely grated regular soap bar
3 tbsp. homemade grappa

kitchen towel
cling wrap

Mix all wet ingredients well, stir in the grated soap. Oil (with olive oil or lard) the problematic skin area. Soak the kitchen towel well with this mixture. Wrap the painful limb with soaked kitchen towel and wrap everything with cling wrap.

Do it in the evening, keep the wrap on all night.
