Marinated Feta in Olive oli

Feta in Olive oil with herbs not only taste good, this is also excellent way to prolong life of our favorite cheese.
Put Feta in a a jar, add some herbs, cover with olive oil until cheese is submerged.
Close the jar tightly, refrigerate.

This jar is aromatized with Herbes de Provence (marjoram, thyme, savory, rosemary, origano).
