Green Tomatillo Salsa

1 cup tomatillos (husked and rinsed)
1/2 green chili (seeded)
1/2 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup shallots (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. water
sea salt

Roughly chop the tomatillos and the chiles. In a food processor, combine the tomatillos, chiles, cilantro and water. Process to a coarse puree, scrape into a serving dish. Add shallots and season with salt.
