1/2 red cabbage head (julienne)
1/3 cup purslane
ginger, garlic, shallots (chopped)
pine nuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (toasted)
1/3 maple sirup
1/3 olive oil
1/3 Cava vinaigrette
Combine ingredients in a salad bowl and sprinkle with vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
