Simplest Indian curry mixture

2 tbsp. cumin seeds
2 tbsp. coriander seeds
2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. red peeper flakes (crushed)
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 cardamom seeds

Ground all the ingredients in the nut grinder.
